Visiting the site

Reading the patterns requires no account and sets no cookies. Traffic is measured with Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies and without identifying visitors: it records page views and a few button clicks (checkout, Blueprint) as aggregate counts, along with country, device type and referrer. No consent banner is shown because nothing on the site needs one. Vercel describes what it collects in its analytics privacy policy.

The host keeps standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested page) for security and debugging, for a limited time.

Buying UX Engine or downloading the Blueprint

Checkout and the free Blueprint download run on Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy collects your email address, your name, your country (for tax) and, for a purchase, your payment details. Payment details never reach designmotionhq. Lemon Squeezy processes this data under its own privacy policy.

designmotionhq receives your email address, your name and the order details. They are used to deliver what you asked for, to answer support requests, to honour the refund guarantee and to keep the accounting records the law requires.

Emails

When you take the Blueprint, you agree to receive the PDF plus emails about new patterns and designmotionhq tools. Customers receive their licence and, occasionally, news about the plugin. The list is managed with Kit (privacy policy). Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

designmotionhq does not sell, rent or share email addresses, and does not use them for advertising on other platforms.

Support

Writing to support@designmotionhq.com shares whatever you put in the email. It is kept as long as needed to handle the request, then as part of the mailbox history.

Retention

Order records are kept for the ten years French accounting law requires. Email subscriptions last until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Analytics data is aggregate and is not tied to you.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to the data held about you, have it corrected or deleted, receive a copy of it, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to support@designmotionhq.com from the address concerned; requests are answered within a month.

You can also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL.

Connected social accounts

designmotionhq operates internal tools that connect, through each platform's official API, to the social media accounts we own (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok) to measure how our own videos perform and to help manage publishing. These tools read basic profile information, aggregate account statistics and per-video public metrics for accounts we own and control only. They never request access to other users' private data, direct messages or contacts.

Access tokens and collected metrics are stored privately on our own server, restricted to the account owner, used solely for our own analytics and content operations, and never sold, shared or used for advertising or profiling. Metrics are retained only as long as useful for performance analysis. Platform access can be revoked at any time from the platform's own settings, which immediately stops any further data access.
